Blog

I saw this house today and loved it! It is fun and sexy and has more going for it than the average beach house on the strand.

It is on 2 beach lots but does not sprawl with unused open spaces . The first level is open, indoor/outdoor living with multiple decks and a salt water pool.

The jacuzzi can be closed off with a glass door if you don’t like too much weather and a radiant heated floor makes the trip from house to pool as comfortable as it gets.

It is quite a lovely home, full of details like a farm sink in a cook’s kitchen. The house flows throught the enitre bottom level, making up for what might be considered a slightly small living room for entertaining.

The second level boasts two full suite master bedrooms finely appointed details and open views of the canals and peek- a- boo beach views.

A third level roof top deck rounds out the summer fun experience all year long with a built in bar facing towards the sand.

Not a” very green”. house, but the fact that they have re-used the flooring and decks from the old house to make the details and flooring in this house deserves a nod.

I don’t have all the green features yet, but when I do, I will let you know, and we may give it a “green” upgrade”
